Charles Sungwa is a Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of Delta Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Limited. Charles has more than 16yrs experience in Quantity Surveying, specializing in cost management and contractual claims consultancy. He has worked as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager and Contracts Director in Botswana, United Kingdom and Republic of South Africa. Charles has worked as a key member on several internationally recognized building construction and civil engineering projects ranging from millions of Rand to millions of Great Britain Pounds.

Tsepanang Ngugama is a Director of Delta Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Limited and a talented young quantity surveyor with a strong back-ground of professional quantity surveying. He is an experienced, well trained, confident and competent quantity surveyor capable of successfully running a project from inception through to final completion. Tsepanang has over 7 years, solid experience as a professional quantity surveyor. He has been involved in the construction of schools, office blocks, community centers, civil engineering works comprising of sewer and water reticulation, bulk earthworks, heavy concrete structures, roads & bridges construction.
